It's half marathon Time again

So mom is going to do it again. She is going to run another half marathon on August 10th. Every year Frank does something crazy for his birthday, and this year is no exception. He is going to do a half iron man. That means Swimming, Biking, Running, in that order. Mom is going to do the 13 mile run with him, I feel it should be easier for her this time agound. She has already done it once, she knows that it is doable, and her fear that he body will quit is unfounded, so why not.
The only con that she is coming up with in her head, is that it will be much hotter, and the training that she will have to do will be in July, the hottest month.
Oh well, I guess that I get to look forward to a month of really great salt licks!
